If you amble around the internet, you'll see all the "what to watch for" articles, which basically boil down to whether the candidates will answer the questions, whether Tom Brokaw will ask follow-up questions (he probably will), whether the nastiness of the ad flow will be reflected in tonight's interaction, etc.

There will be 80 undecided voters asking questions - what Q&A might swing things for them, one way or another?
Since Tina Fey (whose actual name is Elizabeth) brought it up last Saturday night, will you be playing a drinking game tonight? If so, will your term be "maverick", "my friends" or something else?
